What is KTP?

Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) is a three-way partnership between your business, our university, and an excellent graduate, working together on a project you have determined is central to your company's needs.

Established in 1975, KTPs are Europe's leading businesses improvement programmes. Anglia Ruskin University has over 15 years experience in the area and leads one of the most successful knowledge transfer programmes in the UK.

We offer businesses a high-calibre graduate, an experienced senior academic, and our best research, technologies and resources. We have a successful track record in helping business in the region to become more profitable, productive and efficient.

Your graduate (the KTP associate) will be employed by our University but based at the company. They will be supervised both by company personnel and Anglia Ruskin University staff.
