The best way for you to stand out from the crowd and progress your career in management is with a university qualification.

We have developed this Management degree to help you achieve your ambition through theoretical, practical and work-based learning.

You can transfer learning directly to your work environment, boosting your personal performance and benefiting your work role and employer as you learn.

This course is designed to be completed over three years whilst working and is delivered entirely online or with workshops at our Chelmsford Campus.

You can take is a whole degree (BA (Hons)) or take a stand-alone qualification from the first year (Cert HE) or first two years (Fda).

Cert HE - Management (work-based)

The Certificate of Higher Education is designed for busy professionals either in a management position or aspiring to go into management and is suitable for any industry or sector. It is completed in one year and you will study key areas of management, including: Managing people, Marketing, Finance, Planning and Decision making.

FdA - Management (work-based)

The Foundation Degree is for busy professionals like you who might be new to management, or who want to take their career to the next level. It takes two years to complete, and you will study key areas of management,including: Managing people, Marketing, Finance, Planning, Decision making, Leadership and Sustainability.

BA (Hons) - Management (work-based)

The Bachelors degree is for busy professionals like you who might be new to management, or who want to take their career to the next level. It takes three years to complete and will result in a full undergraduate degree upon successful completion. You will study key areas of management, including Marketing, Finance, Planning, Decision making, Leadership, Change management and Project management.
