Work-based learning

Our work-based learning approach gives organisations the opportunity to update and upgrade the skills of their workforce without staff spending time away. And, by completing projects based on actual workplace issues, employees continue to add value while they are training.

Work-based learning differs from traditional higher level education in that it involves actively using the workplace as a learning environment. Work-based programmes focus on developing skills, knowledge and understanding and the application of this learning to achieve specific individual, team and organisational objectives.

Our work-based programmes can be delivered in a variety of ways depending on the learning culture in your company; options include distance learning, tutor supported e- learning, work-place seminars, weekend or evening classes, or a blended combination of all these methods.
